A few pictures fora quick update
Just a quick update with some pictures---
After receiving some concern expressed from a few truly concerned friends and family members who are thinking maybe Nathan isn't as "big" as he should/would/could be... I decided to try him with an egg yolk... this was his reaction--
I AGREE!! I have since- tried to an avacado-- and received the same reaction. So I intend to nurse him 1-2x more times a day and increased my fish oil amounts.... We'll see where this gets us....

The two youngest- getting ready to go out and milk the goats with mommy-- somedays milking is a REAL PRODUCTION!! :0
My little helper in the kitchen. I was making lunch but she had a few secret ingredients she thought I might add... ;)
Alas-- we had our last baby goat of this season-- a BUCK (named Brownie). He is doing well-- it was cold and rainy when he was born so he spent the morning in our kitchen doorway-- but by lunch he was OUT with the rest. His mamma-- oh-- she is a WHOLE other story!! She is a TOUGH goat-- to work with--(she was NOT bottle fed-- which is why we bottle raise ALL our goats)...so they are friendly and EASY to work with.
My bil and his wife and 2 sons came and spent the day on Saturday-- what started out as them watching/helping us milk-- turned into some exciting shooting--- at 2 rats under our chicken house-- the BOYS LOVED IT!! Me? Oh I was not enjoying it near as much as they were... but alas-- my hubby got them BOTH-- and they are now GONE!!!
In other news-- yesterday I ordered SOS-- for the boys-- just starting with 2 I found on ebay-- we'll see how that goes-- but I need SOS for a bit-- inorder to get EVERYTHING done that needs done-- I really fought this for a LONG TIME-- as I knew my sons would LOVE IT-- I didn't think it was the "best" route for my kids-- I WANTED to teach them-- but for the next year maybe it would be best--- with 3 toddles in tow.... ???? It is a REAL tough decision......

Glad you are back! How is the GNOWFGLINS course going? I was thinking about doing it when she starts it again later this year. But the price is a little expensive. Is it worth it?
