Fast and Furious Livingroom

So today I finished the Fast and Furious LIVINGROOM clean-- whewwwww

Again-- I am looking for the CLEAN and PACKED look-- yes no curtains-- but they were only valances anyway....

The book shelves were all emptied, cleaned, moved, washed behind (as with all the furniture) . Yes there is a bit of laundry that needs to be put away-- but all bedrooms are currently occupied-- so they will have to wait until tomorrow.

Tomorrow-- the Fast and Furious Bathroom clean-- which wont be bad-- and also I'll add in a stairway / hall closet clean to that....
If time allows-- I REALLY want to get into the boys room and do their clothing switch-- but that may have to wait until Thursday.

Oh my these letters have been SOOOOO  encouraging to me like NOTHING else. She inspired me to spend my morning with the Lord, waiting on Him, listening to Him. Immigrant 1880-1914 food budget

So we went on a mini field trip this weekend to the Johnstown Flood Museum and then to the Heritage Center -- "Through Immigrant Eyes, tells a national story in a local context. It captures the imaginations of visitors through its innovative use of interactive media. Rather than simply looking at artifacts, you'll actually experience the sights, sounds and even the smells of immigrants' daily lives, and come away with a more complete understanding of the sacrifices and achievements of these Americans in the making. Day Book

The best way to get back in (for me) is a Day Book. I'm not sure if they even still have a "Simple Woman's Day Book" or not, but I always enjoyed them. Daybook for the week of June 12, 2016 Picture for the week........                                                The birthday boy -  He turned 12 on Saturday-- ( this picture is from Thanksgiving though, I haven't down loaded my phone pictures yet though.  ) Outside my window.....
