A few Christmas Pictures

These are totally out of order-- for some reason I have had a really hard time with pictures on here!?!

Here is Nathan-- with his brothers new paints....

The 3 oldest boys got new sleds-- their old ones had holes in the bottom... now we are just waiting for SNOW to test them out!!
Here is 1 of 2 bunny's the older 2 boys received- Hoping to get into the MEAT Rabbit business this spring....

Joshua's favorite gift- he said he has waited 30 years for this sweatshirt!! And no joke-- we could hardly go shopping without him stopping to drool over anything "Steelers". PS: Real truth--the boy has worn this EVERYDAY since Christmas....

Mommys favorite gift for her boys- Little Bear Wheeler's DVD set Frontier Skills

Rebekah and Stephen both received a new supply of Play doh and accessories....

Zachary's favorite gift-- he was totally surprised-- because we have always had a NO VIDEO GAME rule in our home-- but this is not a "system" this is a 1 game kind of thing-- you cannot buy any additional games etc.... and they have spent HOURS on this as well---

Poor little Nathan-- when you are #5 you really don't "need" anything-- so his gifts were VERY practical-- including this new hat....

Zachary and Joshua love doing crossword puzzles --so they each got a new book.

Little Rebekah-- with a hat that doesn't fit her head!!! LOL

Little Nathan-- wondering WHAT IN THE WORLD is going on here-- when he first woke up Christmas Morning

Stephen too-- was not expecting anything out of the ordinary on Christmas day-- he knew Grandad and Grandma were coming-- but that was all.... :)

Christmas morning BEFORE the kids came down.

  1. Thanks for sharing! I've been on the 'shed for several years, so knew you from there. ;) Just had to share our Playdoh recipe with you. Thought you'd enjoy it. :) (I'm tiggerandbug, btw.)

    Kool-Aid Play Dough

    2 1/2 cups of flour
    1/2 cup salt
    2 packages dry unsweetened Kool-Aid
    2 cups boiling water
    1 tablespoon oil

    INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the liquids together and pour them over the dry
ingredients. Stir the mixture until it forms a ball (this may take a while - keep stirring).
As the mixture cools, it will become less sticky. After the mixture has cooled, take it out of the bowl and knead it until it is smooth. ( I just wear rubber dishwashing gloves to mix it all up until it's cool.)
