Stomach Problems?

Okay, I've seen about a bazillion 'stomach bug" posts now...so here is a few tried and true herbal/natural remedies for the suffering among us.
Slippery Elm Powder, use as tea or in capsules. Soothes the stomach and calms the intestines (trying not to be too graphic here. ) )
Marshmellow root, use as tea or in capsules. Helps calm cram...ping and loose bowels.


For a few days now, I have received Dr. Mecola's newsletters-- I thought this one on Probiotics was really good-- because of course-- PREVENTION is best-- right? (edited to add-- there are quite a few "supplements" on his newsletter-- i do not "buy" into all of that-- I think there are plenty of NATURAL probiotics we can use"--_)
