5 Tips for Preparing for the Sugar FREE Challenge


Okay-- so now I am a bit more nervous--- but I am going to stick it out-- for AT least a week (that is how long the challenge lasts) but honestly-- I think if we make it that long-- we should really aim to continue--- RIGHT!?!?

  1. The first couple weeks are really hard without sugar, but after that it gets easier....especially if you get sick from it.
