Meal Plan Monday

I don't normally do these-- but with this week being the week we are doing the SUGAR FREE CHALLENGE-- I thought it would be good to share-- you can always find more of these on my side bar-- many blogs have these on Mondays....

We have the same Breakfast and Lunch for every day of the week-- (ex: every Monday we have pancakes for breakfast and leftover soups for lunch-- for the ENTIRE month. ) It makes menu planning MUCH easier....


Monday- B- pancakes (not sure if this will happen??)
L- ham sandwiches (we had ham on Saturday)
D- Soup with ham broth, gf noodles and vegetables

Tuesday- B- Eggs and Potatoes
L- GF noodles w/ butter and parm cheese
D- meatloaf

Wednesday- B- oatmeal
L- sandwiches
D- baked fish and vegetables

Thursday- B- Egg sandwich on English muffin
L- hm pizza burgers
D-

Friday- B- coffee cake and or quick bread
L- quesadillas
D- 12 bean soup

Saturday- B- omlets
L- egg salad
D- 12 bean soup (leftovers)
