Sugar Challenge Day 2- Improvement?

So today was a "better" day-- I think !?!
Breakfast-- I had my coffee and just went ahead and used 1TBS of Sucanant (sugar) in my TALL mug-- and truth-- I had 2 cups. Then we had eggs and fried potatoes....
Snack-- I was craving something sweet (due to the sugar in my coffee most likely-- and I had 2 SUPER SMALL pieces (1x1") of carob fudge from the NT cookbook (they have honey)-- they are from BEFORE Christmas-- why do we stil have them? Because they ARE NOT SICKNING sweet-- and my family doesn't care for them-- so they are still in the freezer-- and worked PERFECT!!
Lunch- we had gf pasta with butter and parm cheese- SUGAR FREE MEAL!!
Dinner- we had a roast that cooked ALL DAY-- but can I just tell you those carrotts were SOOOO carmelized--they REALLY tasted like candy!! They were DELICIOUS!! -- SUGAR FREE MEAL!!
Evening-- I had a huge craving-- and I gave in-- I had 1 TBS of peanutbutter. I buy the "Jiff Natural Brand" that has-- only peanuts and "sugar"... :(
