Sugar Free Challenge- Day 1- FAILURE
FAILURE!!!

No really it was a FAILURE-- but I have learned a lot!!
So yes-- I failed with in 10 minutes of being awake-- HOW TERRIBLE is that!?! I totally was NOT thinking-- I woke up-- started my coffee-- (which when it was made I put Agave Nectar in) but I grabbed a pice of Pamela's gf chocolate cake-- have I mentioned these cakes are SOOOO easy to make they should come with WARNINGS!!! Totally wasn't thinking-- but DID NOT give up on the day.
I do think I am going to steer away from the Agave for future-- not sure what I'm going to put in my coffee-- but I am going to limit to 1 small mug full-- then on to HOT TEA with HONEY!! Yummmm
So then came lunch-- FAILED again-- can you beleive it-- we had ham sandwiches (with real ham) and I just really wanted something on my toasted bread-- so I passed on the mayo (it was low-- and really I knew sugar would be high) but I thought my mustard would be a better fit-- no it had sugar listed-- so I went LIGHT..... Still it was eye opening--
Then came dinner- FAILED AGAIN!! Can you even believe this-- we had quesadilla's-- and I put some salsa on mine-- BAD idea-- ughhhhh
But I have to tell you we had some hot tea after our dinner-- and it was DELICIOUS!! ENJOYABLE-- RELAXING!!!
I read them and really am HOPEFUL for tomorrow-- because
I have the lacto sauerkraut-- in the fridge-- if that would help with the cravings that would be AWESOME!!
Apple Cider Vinegar-- oh yea-- it is IN HIGH DEMAND in our COLD KICKER remedy!!
Hot tea-- oh yes-- that is VERY NICE-- I'm not normally a hot tea drinker-- but sitting after dinner with my oldest 2 boys sipping tea-- was VERY nice-- and RELAXING!
Need to work on having the good fat snacks ready....
