Mystery Ingredient

LOL-- My mil gave me 5+lbs of grass fed lean burger yesterday and told me to use it wisely.... SOOOOOO I remembered I had a "MYSTERY INGREDIENT" in my freezer that I wanted to get used up...and thought this would be a prefect time. Especially because my husband likes me to eat this "mystery ingredient" after giving birth to help me "recover". Any ideas????? Here is a MAJOR HINT------ Some would wonder how I got it to look like that!?!?! With a HIGH powered blender of course (my food processor broke today-- go figure).. Hmmmmm where did it all GO!?!?!?!?!?! The mystery ingredient bowl is empty! lol lol
I can't seem to find it anywhere............ can you?????



Any guesses????

Immigrant 1880-1914 food budget

So we went on a mini field trip this weekend to the Johnstown Flood Museum and then to the Heritage Center -- "Through Immigrant Eyes, tells a national story in a local context. It captures the imaginations of visitors through its innovative use of interactive media. Rather than simply looking at artifacts, you'll actually experience the sights, sounds and even the smells of immigrants' daily lives, and come away with a more complete understanding of the sacrifices and achievements of these Americans in the making. Day Book

The best way to get back in (for me) is a Day Book. I'm not sure if they even still have a "Simple Woman's Day Book" or not, but I always enjoyed them.
