A food post for the week, of course...

I am not focusing as much on food lately-- that is nice- I think I have the basics of this GAPS diet (FINALLY). We are doing well-- and continuing to just plod along-- we did add in hm yogurt -- not sure Nathan of all people can handle it-- Rebekah (our one we KNEW HAD a milk allergy) seems to have NOOOO problems at all. Nathan is having many problems with it. :(
