It's been a rough week.
I haven't been very "cyber" this week-- its been a straining week--in many ways.
But alas I think things are coming back into focus slowly.....
I won't go into details here as to what was so "strainning" as some of it is very "hormone" related and maybe a bit to over emotional, and maybe some related to my personality flaws, and maybe the enemy seeking to attack, kill & destroy.
It was so bad -- the boys took cover in their new "fort" outside!! (just kidding-- kind of)

I took some steps today to help reclaim my sanity-- these things included:
Re-taking some vitamins......

Posting some VERY timely scriptures above my kitchen sink. I read these in my book from Sally Clarkson-- The Minstry of Motherhood. (I LOVE SALLY CLARKSON books-- I always finshed feeling refreshed and encouraged)

And after reading this post from Large Family Logsitics -- Three Under Three with a Newborn-- (good title, huh?)
I went thru my 2 little boys rooms and EMPTYED their dressers of all but 4 outfits!! (not counting what is on their bodies)-- the rest will be taken downstairs to the appropriate tote (I have totes for each gender each size). This will save me a LOT of laundry and cleaning as a certain 3 year old likes to go thru MANY outfits and put MANY MORE on his bedroom floor.

**Have to note while digging up that link I saw that LFL posted another post since that one-- and this one is in regards to her book: Large Family Logistics.
I was fortunate to have a godly woman at my side to counsel me through this critical stage. She gave me great encouragement that “in due season, we shall reap, if we faint not.” She prayed for me to remain calm, to stay loving and patient, and to endure to the end. She prayed with me for my son’s soul, that he would turn toward his parents and even more importantly toward his God. She helped me see that I was – and am – engaged in a spiritual battle that must not be lost through emotionalism or pragmatism.

This post is worth reading!! Blogging Thru Large Family Logistics- Part 1
Who are you? Why do you do the things that you do? What’s your purpose? What are you living for?
From the Westminster Shorter Catechism
Q. 1. What is the chief end of man? A. Man’s chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy him forever
First we need to study God’s Word and learn to know Him
Wear out your Bible. Plan to buy a new Bible next year because your current one gets worn out. Put it beside your favorite chair and read daily. Read it to your children, not only yourself. If a child interrupts your quiet time then start reading outloud to that child. Don't get frustrated, just make that child part of your study time. Take the Bible to the breakfast table and read to the children while they eat. Do the same thing at your lunch hour. Take it to bed with you and read it before you go to sleep. When you wake up, read a chapter right away.
