GAPS Fall Menu Plan

Okay so we are back on pretty much FULL GAPS-- thought we could go off-- I was wrong. All for the better, though, right??
Well to make things simple and to be sure my boys aren't eating EGGS for EVERY MEAL... I made a SUPER easy menu plan for the fall months. (maybe winter too)
Breakfast-
S- Quiche
M- Muffin and smoothie (w/ goat yogurt)
T- Eggs (w/ meat and vege)
W- Eggs (w/ meat and vege)
T- Eggs (w/ meat and vege)
F- Eggs (w/ meat and vege)
S- Pancakes (squash or coconut flour)
Lunch
Constant BONE BROTH SOUP-- rotating between beef and chicken
(easily eaten out of a mug-- for a quick easy lunch and get us ready for our school time)
w/ a Treat most likely
Dinner
S- Soup w/ beef stock
M- Organ meat (liver, heart, maybe a tongue)
T- Soup w/ chicken stock
W- Fish (salmon, mackerl, tuna, etc)
T- Vege soup (carrot, butternut squash, etc)
F- Lentil dish (soup, burger, etc)
S- burger meal or steak or the DREADED EGG meal
Treats (I don't have time to link to all of these, if you want a recipe let me know-- or it maybe in another post)
smoothies
mounds bars
popcorn (not really gaps-- but OH WELL)
snowball (peanutbutter balls w/ coconut)
carrott mousse (GAPS intro book)
peanut butter brownies (Grain Free Foodie)
Apples - cooked or raw
Hard Boiled eggs
Nuts
Leftover pancakes
Butternut Squash CHIPS
So there you have it-- SIMPLE, EASY & NOURISHING

Thanks for this! We're not doing GAPS (yet) but are doing traditional food, less grains, and no sugar. Just wondering, does GAPS do any sweeteners? I ask based on your list of treats. Thanks!
