Just wanted to say how much I am LOVING this DVD-- depending on my time-- I can walk 1,2,3 or 4 miles-- and the 2 mile one only takes 30 minutes!! Gotta love that!!




If you can't buy the video-- or only have 5 minutes-- you can do these FAST 5 minute walks right beside your computer...

Also-- I am LOVING this Myfittnesspal site-- you can log in your food and see your calorie, fat, carb intake-- (eye opening for me) and you can log your exercise and just get a good way to track your progress on food, exercise and weight. It is NOT a program-- it does NOT tell you what to eat or when-- just a place to track-- and to TRACK with friends.. I have about 8 friends that are on there-- and we are "FRIENDS" (kinda like FB) and we can encourage each other-- and some days it is humbling for me to write down what I ate or how much-- KNOWING that my friends are going to see it!! (no more eating in secret... lol) So if you sign up-- let me know and we can be friends.. I'll let you know my "code name"....
