GAPS Menu "PLAN"



I put "PLAN" in quotes because I have to be VERY careful to not be a slave to my PLAN....



Here is our 2 week rotation..this is week 2..... it worked for week 1-- so we'll keep it rolling.





L- salmon cakes

D- Beef stock soup base

S- baked apples






B- veggies and eggs

L- beef or chicken stock soup base

D- sauteed chicken with vegetables-

S- apples with nut butter






B- veggies and eggs

L- carrott soup

D-

S- strawberries with coconut oil "brownies" (the pb fudge recipe with strawberries vs. pbutter)

S- popcorn





B- CHICKEN / APPPLE sausage and veggies

L- Fish baked

D- meatloaf with mashed cauliflower

S- baked apples

S- Snowballs





B- Squash pancakes

L- Liver/Heart in the crockpot

D- burgers w/o bun and sauteed veggies







B- eggs and veggies

L- Salmon cakes

D- Roast w/ veggies

S- apple sauce






B- eggs and veggies

L- Pumpkin soup

D- Honey glazed chicken w/ veggie

S- butternut spice bars

S- Lara Bars- homemade





OTHER options for snacks/ meals

Hardboiled Eggs

Almonds
Banannas

bananna icecream (no cream.. just frozen banannas mashed in my BOSH blender)






** On a perfect day we would START every lunch and dinner with 1 C of bone broth and END every lunch and dinner with a bit of fermented veggies.....



****Of course I am trying to rotate some of those EGG breakfasts out and input some of THESE....

  1. We've been doing more with our grassfed ground beef & everyone has loved it all... Once was sauteed with cabbage & a few carrots & peppers.. The other time was just potatoes & carrots (sorry I don't remember if GAPS is ok with these veggies off the top of my head).. Everyone loved both of these meals.
