GAPS Day 1

So I awoke to--

Apples that had cooked all night with cinnamon and a LITTLE bit of water, but because they were older apples they had turned into sauce as soona s I stirred them.  Oh well-- still delicious!!



Chicken stock that was BRIGHT yellow!!  YUMMMMM



Tallow that had not made it where I needed to be....




For breakfast we had:

Bacon, eggs and lots of veggies that Zachary helped me cut up...  (zucchini, peppers, mushrooms and garlic)
Followed by a ferment of choice, saurkraut or keifr
Followed by Fermented Cod Liver Oil
Followed by Super Kids vitamins






Lunch was:
chicken stock with some frozen chicken meat I had deboned a few weeks ago with broccoli and carrotts that I had frozen awhile back. and Saurkraut


Dinner was:

Homemade seed crackers
Beef Liver Patte
Egg Salad
Carrot Cake
Saurkarut

 Crackers-- 
Carrot cake



I decided to give Rachel, Rebekah and Nathan a Bennonite Clay bath as well.

Before bed I was tired-- EXHAUSTED......  but hungry so I had a few bites of the apple sauce with some store bought creme fresh-- (yuck-- NOT the same as my FARM FRESH creme fresh....)
