GAPS Day 2

Okay Day 2 is over and I'm tired, but it was a good day.

I also must share,  DARE I say I saw a difference in one 3 year old little boy today????    This is not where he needs to be, but breakfast was QUIET and CALM....and a certain little 4 year old sat QUIETLY on the couch waiting for her hot tea this morning it was almost ERRRRRIE how calm they are.... THIS is why I MUST press on through another day of WORK in the kitchen......... and so I did.


Breakfast:

Sausage, eggs, zucchini, orange pepper, mushroom and garlic hash
Fermented of choice either keifr or saurkraut
Fermented Cod Liver Oil
Super Kids/ Moms


Lunch

Butternut Squash soup  and I have to say I'm not above cheating here.... life is busy
 
Saurkruat
Snow balls for treat
 
 
Dinner was
 
Fish, fried coated with a bit of rice flour (not really true GAPS)  :(
Broccoli made in some of the fresh tallow I just made-- w/ garlic and sea salt.  YUMMMM
Saurkraut
A Fresh Orange
 
 
I'm hungry right now 10:30pm so I will have another orange and maybe  spoon of CREME FRECHE.... YUMMMM
